He told me define your &quot;end vision&quot; and then build the steps to achieve goals that are necessary to reach that vision.  But in his next sentence he exclaimed I would def. try to get it going quickly hmmmm.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;So I think there is a fine line of being patient and too patient.  I think the most important part as you posted is actively going after those goals.  I will keep you updated with my status as well.&lt;/p&gt;
